Yes, it is. I paused a few times to check the date, but it's there. I would add that Amazon has decided to delete some reviews. A review I posted years ago on another subject garnered a detailed reply but that reply is gone.

That's because it's the US release date.
Naval Institute releases are always later than the initial Seaforth release.

It was released in the UK the end of January.
