Last missions of Uffz. Josef Geisler (FlÜG 1) 1944-1945 :

Long time I did not work with you ...

Uffz. Josef Geisler was transferred to the Flugzeugüberführungsgeschwader 1 (FlÜG 1) during the last week of WWII. Exactly from 28 September 1944 to 1 April 1945. So from his flight nr 554 to the nr 600. No information in his Flugbuch concerning the end of the war .… What happened to him ? Prisoner ?
I give you the list of the 29 a/c he ferried (mostly Bf 109, Fw 190 and one Ju 87). This last a/c being the only one I know ( ?) as a : Ju 87 D-3 built in Weser Flugzeugbau à Bremen-Lemwerder. No confirmation.
All ferrying missions were intitled « Uberführung » ones. Hope it will help some of you. I can give more details concerning the mission of each a/c (giving you the scans). Please, we can help me to know the fate of the a/c and to find a photo of this pilot. Thank you!
