What are these Luftwaffe markings?
These pictures are from Luftwaffe Im Focus, Edition 2.
What are these numbers (inside of highlighted squares), frame numbers? If frame numbers, why are they on top of the camo paint? Regards, Mike Last edited by Revi16; 1st July 2007 at 07:42.

Yes, they are frame numbers. I imagine that they were painted over the camo scheme in order to be reference points for the groundcrew.
