Besides his long war career and great character he was an excellent author of many books too which bred number of enthusiasts for flying and history.
May he flyes with his mates Mrazek and Fejfar again. Cest jeho pamatce ! Michal |

Indeed, his books influenced me during my childhood. He did a great job as pilot, commander, communist prisoner, writer and veteran. God bless him.
