Lt Hasso Muendel, 1/120

The above was lost with his crew 22 Feb 42 whilst operating from Norway; any idea as to why his aicraft was lost?

No idea here, possibly just icing or engine failure?
I have noticed you often use ´English spelling´ of German
names, rather than the (correct) German version. This leads
sometimes to unnecissary confusion etc. Just a thought.

Hasso Mündel mis/rep killed in c/05.04.42, B Fw. Gerhard Schuster mis/rep killed in qq/04.01.43, BF Ofw. Georg Wiczurke mis/rep killed washed-a-shore in p/21.04.42 and Fw. Ed: Thanks. Yes, the anglicized version (ue for umlaut u) is used because most British computers do not recognise such things! Chris
