440 Sqn Tyhooons Jul 44
Does anyone have a list of codes for this Sqn? I am looking for the serial numbers for I8-Y and I8-T

Go to: https://caspir.warplane.com/bin/warp...on=aircanadian Click on Typhoon. Check JR530:Y, MN635:Y, MP122:T & RB495:T - there might be others! Search - 440. Col. Last edited by Col Bruggy; 13th July 2023 at 17:14.

Thanks Col. It looks like I8-Y/MN635 is what interests me-the others are after July 1944

Hello Chris (I've only just seen this)
Did you get any where? MN413 was I8-T on 2 August 44 - IWM photo of it being recovered after a w/u landing - so probably T in July. MN635 and MN641 are both possibilities for I8-Y. CT
