Lt Adrian D. Parsley - 364th FG/385th FS - 13 April 1944
According Squadron Diary of 384th FS, Lt Parsley was reported 'flying at very low speed between Brussels and Ghent' on 13 April 1944.
Morning Report of Squadron has 17 a/c airborne and 15 returned, with 2 NYR. One of the NYRs (later listed MIA) was Lt. Walter Pogue. See https://catalog.archives.gov/id/4696...objectPage=393 Since Lt Parsley had missions in later months until his crash landing in August 1944, I wonder if he managed to land 'away' on 13 April 1944? Thanks for any info. Leendert PS: Heading should read 364th FG/384th FS |
