Bf 109 loss 9/9/42
Hi Guys.
On 9/9/42 the gunner A/Sgt Hipkin flying in a Bisley piloted by Maj T Jones clained an a/c shot down when they were attacked.Can anybody tell me which Axis unit the a/c may have come from and who was the pilot?? In C Shores book Fifgters over the Desert it says his kill was never confirmed but new evidence may have come to light scince then. Thanks in advance Stefaan
