Update

Upgrade of vBulletin from 3.6.2 to 3.6.4
Addition of vBGallery 2.1
Clean up of uploaded filed older than 180 days
Limit of direct forum upload of 1MB (roughly 10 normal size / compression jpegs)
Gallery not open for upload until I figure out the minor details

The attachment table is still causing back-up problems, so I may clean up more files.
