Re: Bomb Fuses
There seem to have been several marks of the 38 fuze. The basic one and the first mod to it, had the following delays (a) 0.05 sec. (b) 0.2 sec. (c) 5.0 sec. Main marking: El.A.Z. (38). Used in HE bombs.
This is from "German Explosive Ordnance: Vol. 1." |

Hello Gentlements,
Let me ask you about deep charge Fl.W.B.150. May be you have any information about this device or/and its fuse. Thanks in advance. |

Re: Bomb Fuses
Hello Gentlements!
What types of bombs Luftwaffe prepared against Royal Navy battleships in August-September 1940? Often read that Luftawaffe lacked of armour-piercing bombs in mentioned time. But seems semi-AP SD500 & SD1000 equipped delayed fuses were quite enough to fight against battleships. Best regards. |
