Couple questions?

I have two questions, maybe someone here has some information or can send me in the right direction.

1) I am looking into find any information on a couple of German fighters (Messerschmitt Me 109) that may have crashed on March 18, 1944 near or at the Dornstadt Airfield near Ulm. According to my source, one pilot died, another was severely wounded.

2) Does anyone have any information about a possible B-17 captured by the Germans on March 18, 1944 at the Dornstadt air base near Ulm?

Schnetzer Alfons Uffz. KIA
Thers is another one form 2./ JG 26 in the area of Ulm, but he is missed.

Hi Pool13,
The second is Fw 190 A-6 470080 yellow 15 of 3./JG 26 Obgefr. Schulz Heinz wounded, he bailed out.

Thanks for the infomation, that was my orginal post on the ArmyAirForces site. I am trying to put some of the pieces together. I'd like to know what happend to the B-17 after it was repainted.
