Question Yak-7A and Yak-7B?

Hi,

Could anybody identify these two aircrafts? Are these Yak-7A (above) and YaK-7B (below)? Would it be possible to identify the pilots' names? Thank you.
I am awaiting,
Hugs,
E. Brettas

Re: Yak-7A and Yak-7B?

the first one (with 03 on the fuselage) is a Yak-7A.
the second one is a Yak-7R (white 27) according to page 161 of :
Soviet Air Force Fighter Colours 1941-1945
by Erik Pilawskii

they are from the 1st and 3rd eskadrilya of the 12 GIAP.
