My friend told me that this plane made an emergency landing at PIETON near Charleroi (B) on May 14,1940.

you asked about the signification of the date:
the war in Belgium took 18 days of battle and started on May 10th 1940.

The closest I have is a Blenheim L9255, of either 53 or 18 Sqn, that made an emergency landing on May 11 somewhere in central Belgium.
