Blenheim Crash 21/10/40

Hi,
Can anyone give me any specific info relating to the cause of the crash of a Bristol Blenheim L1468 of No 55 OTU which crashed at Culkerston on the 21st October 1940. Time and specific location would be great. Thanks.

Warner mentions No.5 OTU, u/c recracted prematurely on t/o, engine lost oil and seized, c/l at Culkerton, P/O Poule uninjured.
