ID of Yellow 14 of 3./JG76 down in French Campaign

Hello,

Can anyone put a date to the loss of Bf109E-1, "Yellow 14" of 3./JG76 crash landed into some trees, reported by one source as in the area of "Boos 10 km SSE of Rouen. This source reports a W.Nr. of 3416. Can anyone confirm this info, provide the pilot's name and/or the date of the incident?

Thanx,
