Romanian saircraft speed gauge??

Hi guys, I am looking for information about this Romanian speed instrument. It is made by PREROM in Brasov. Given the speed of 700 km/h, I guess this is from some kind of fighter? Also, is it WW2 or later? I read, that the PREROM was producing during the WW2, but maybe it continued later, too? Thanks in advance!
