Neither. It is an E-1 or E-3 according to the cockpit canopy.
I believe it is an E-1 due to the fact that other photos, of what I believe is this ac, shows no wing bulges for the 20mm MG FF cannon magazines on the wing under sides, which the E-3 had. No cockpit armour also indicates an E-1. Br Goran

This is one of the few Bf 109G-6 built by license at IAR in Rumania. His brother may be found in Jagdwaffe vol. 5. sec. 3

Is this "White 11", W.Nr.170061, formerly EKdo 262, then III./EJG 2, supposed to be found at Innsbruck,Austria, in May ´45. The yellow fuselage band is faintly visible. Rare black fuselage Balkenkreuz, similar camo and "S" lettering like "White 17", W.Nr. 110956. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=250192025906 Me 264 "Amerika Bomber" prototype, still in its rigs partially.
