Identification
Dear all
Several weeks ago , I posed a thread , concerning the loss of A Bf 109G_6 shot down on 11 September 1943 at Jumieges , we have found hundreds for aluminium fragments , sometimes with oiriginal paint , nuts , electrical wires , remnants of burned tires ... We dicovered only those 2 pieces with markings , the one on the left wore the stampled words (Auf-Zu) alongside a straight painted white stripe , the second one wore the marking 25 NW Argus . Could someone confirm that it could be Bf 109 or DB605 parts .... I know it is few information, the machine was in fire (confirmed by traces of burned ground) and exploded .
