I can't get access any of the threads at present. Perhaps someone could drop me a PM and let me know if there's an ongoing problem... ?

My apologies for the disrupted service. Unfortunately my service provider has yet again changed the permissions of an essential file for the running of the bulletin board software. Their monitoring erroneously identifies this component as malicious. On previous occasions I was a able to react more swiftly, but this time I was still on vacation in Portugal.

I've changed the values again thereby solving the problem on the short run, but unfortunately Lycos is very likely to repeat their action and thus we have no guarantees that the service won't be interrupted again in the (near) future.

Needless to say I will try and explain their error (again). If this doesn't work, we may need to look at a new provider. But lets not get ahead of things.

To end on a positive and OT note, we had a great holiday, the first one with my now 10 month old son Luca. Lets just say that this was a completely new experience for his mother (Stéphanie) and dad!!
