Luftwaffe claims - 3 MiG-3's Moscow 2 Oct 1941

Hi all

Researching the loss of three MiG-3 shot down by 6 Bf109's on 2nd October 1941.

The MiG-3's belonged to 28IAP and were returning from an escort mission.

The escort was to Ostashkov and the loses were probably in that region.

Any help, possible Luftwaffe unit would be a help.

regards

MS
