There is a photo of the aircraft on page 149 of "Bader's Last Fight" (Grub Street) and a photo of the entire crew on page 73 of the same book.

Many thanks both for your quick response. Because Andy's information matches closer my subject of interest, I'm going to ask him: could you let me know what is the source of these pictures, is there any chance to contact person who owns them or who has copyrights for them? Unfortunatelly I haven't got this book (there is still a lot of materials I haven't got - it is my sad conclusion), but I've heard of it. There is also another question I would like to ask Andy regarding Bader's last fight. Can I send you my queries by private message to explain whole matter, please?
