unidentified Crashplace Ldks. Schaumburg / Lower Saxony

Hi,

Seeking information about a plane crash at 30 January 1945 near the village of Escher / Auetal about 2 km north of Rehren A / O Ldks. Schaumburg is said to have occurred. The impact point is still well recognized. According to testimony, it is said to have been a German fighter plane. Mountains from the air base command Wunsorf was several days on site and tried to salvage the machine and pilot. The experiments were terminated after it was clear that would by the direct proximity to a creek about 2-3 feet, do not make a recovery possible .....
The mid-eighties, the KBD Lower Saxony by the property owner was asked to help. Exploratory provided the knowledge that there is still a large part of the machine is in the ground. A rescue but was also excluded due to the unfavorable situation of the crash site.
Does anyone have information about a crash on 30 January 1945 of the aforesaid area concerns??
Each notice is received very grateful ....

Hallo Horst,

next days I will vist the eyewitness again and ask him about more Details, but he`s very believable and his Brother in Law was in Wunsdorf at this time by Bergekommando IX and visited him at his home when the crash take place in Escher. So, he remembered very well that day.
