how could I obtain a mission report dated March 1944

Good evening all,

On 5 march 1944, capt William O'Brien "obee" flight leader of 363 squadron was flying with Bob Moore in the south west of France when he shot down a FW190 that had just shot down Chuck Yeager a few minuts ago (it is quite likely that the pilot of this FW was Irmfried Klotz).

They then flew back to RAF station Ford.

I wonder if somebody would be so kind to provide me (or advise me on how I could obtain) the mission report from Capt O'Brien.

Thanks in advance,

GC

Gilles -
There is a 2 Page Mission Report regarding your questions , including
statement from Capt. O'Brien.
Book - To War With The Yoxford Boys by Merle Olmsted Pages 57 , 58.
Imfried Klotz was FW190 Pilot. KIA when Chute Failed.
Note - French Historian Didier Fuentes Researched this Incident , located
Crash Sites of P-51 and FW190 , verified Klotz as Pilot.

Message in a bottle to readers...

Thanks all
