Can anyone help me in identifying the location in 1942(?) of JG3 and a pilot of that Sqn called Franz Meirl, Franz is buried in our Chrch yard in Kent shot down by Flt/Lt Mungo Parke any help gratefully received.

Are you sure about the surname, and what is the date of death, I cannot trace a Franz Meirl? Regards Joe.

...and I cannto find him in my JG 3 lists and Mungo Park was KIA June 41
