spanish war cross

Hello, do any collectors on this site know if any Condor legion pilots were awarded the Spanish war cross please?
I have just bought one and I am quite curious about this particular award.

I have exactly the same Spanish decoration in my collection to my best knowledge on its format is a post WWII era decoration rather the 30's , this what you asked is a tough Q ( schwierige Aufgabe )

Hello, thanks for your reply, all the medal sites I have looked at, including the Spanish ones, state that it was introduced before the wars end, and production was stopped in 1957 if I remember correctly. Just don't seem to be able to find the right site for luftwaffe awards, if any!

Further to your reply, the white cross means it was not a combat award, red cross is for combat, according to the medal sites.
