According to Dan O'Connell there's a notation of WNr 11585 being delivered to KG(J) 54.
This one seems to be "Red 10" from 2./JG 7. Interesting, too, are the enigmatic stencils "\23" on rudder and fin - markings for a easier fit of dismantled parts during repair?

Roland, I agree it does appear to be used by JG 7. Perhaps KG (j) 54 had used it previously, which was a common practice at the end of the war. The "23" is very curious.

I remember two other Me 262s bearing such numbers. All at the "extremities" of the plane such as tail, nose, jet nacelles. Always on two connected parts. Parts which might be removed during repair. For me it seems to be some kind of easement for the repair crew to fit those parts together after repair. The accuracy of fit was not very good concerning the prefabrication of those Me 262 parts - just remember the tapes covering the gaps between nose, tail and fuselage. Not to mention the weapon covers. For me it is imaginable the some parts could be attached only on ONE particular airframe
