Shared Ju 88 claim by Preddy & Kessler

Maj. George E. Preddy & Lt. Kessler shared a Ju 88 kill on 22 April 1944. Are any details of this Ju 88 known? (type/werkenr./unit/etc.)

If you have any other details about the circumstances of this incident, I'd be very interested to hear them.

Without doing a lot of cross-checking it is possible that the Preddy shared claim was:

Ju 88C-6, 750715, Wortmann, Uffz. Heinrich, 2.Luftbeobachterst. (NJG 3), D5+CY, 22-Apr-44, KIA with crew in Luftkampf., NachtjagdBalss, Deutsche Nachtjagd, p.260; Höhler, Deutsche Nachtjagd Personalverluste, p.76, 81, Dollern/Stade. The location matches
Preddy's Encounter Report.


Preddy was flying the P-51B, Cripes 'A Mighty 2nd as the unit started on these in early April.
