Obfw. Johann-Peter Oekenpöhler RKT. KG 27
Gents,
Attached a well known photo of the above RKT taken from "Signal" magazine, however does anyone know the date when this particular magazine was published? Thanks in advance Ian Last edited by Ian Jewison; 22nd March 2017 at 18:09.

Yes I saw that in 2012......a few items have surfaced recently including 2 x Flugbücher however they are pre war and do not have any combat in them.
Wanted to get an original copy of this photo in the magazine.....have it in a few books of course as it is a well known photo! However, it wasn't until recently I knew who it was!! /Ian

Probably not as this would be the Kriegsberichter's copy....just need the date of the magazine it was in so I can get a copy of it......I'm not after the the photo...just the magazine it is in.....
I have an original signed photo of him from 1944 in the post...one that I have not seen on the web anywhere! /Ian
