William "Billy" Arthur Watkin Strachan, 156 Squadron
I understand that he completed 30 x operations with 99 Squadron as a wireless operator, then volunteered for pilot training, then assigned to 156 Squadron during 1944-45.
Trying to find any of the aircraft that he was captain of - did not see him under 156 Squadron ORB for 1944-45. Was he going by another name during this time, is 156 the right squadron? Did a quick search of this website, but did not find anything. markr |
