Notlandung of Arado Ar 234 S11 140111 at Lechfeld on 8 April 1945?
Good afternoon,
http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/album....pictureid=1694 This poor copy of E-Stelle Rechlin's Oblt. Joachim Eisemann's flugbuch from eBay shows not only the landing gear incident ("fahrwerk schaden") at Lärz on 24 March 1945 mentioned in his profile by deZeng & Stankey, but a notlandung when he transferrer Ar 234 "111" from Lärz to Lechfeld 19:03 to 20:20 hrs on 8 April, which is not mentioned. (Behind the word "notlandung" appears to be "schad..." - schaden?) Is anything more known about this notlandung at Lechfeld on 8 April? Smith & Creek don't mention it. Thanks, Jim
