Manchukuo AF Markings

Hello All,

CW Lam's site at http://www.geocities.com/cwlam2000hk/feature.htm
has illustrations of aircraft of the Manchukuoan AF.I have two questions, has anyone a list of Manchukuoam serials for the aircraft with the numerical codes beginning M- and secondly can anyone say for which period these codes were used? I'm particularly interested in the Aichi E3A1.Did code M-403 precede the use of the roundel and if so what are the time frames concerned?

Regards,

Clint
