Re: Ju88S from 1/KG66 lost 1/2-3-44

Hi David:

Not sure if this helps, but a 96 Sqn. Mossie claimed to have shot down an Me 410 inland of Boulogne after chasing it into France. The combat report gives the time as 0307.

Any chance this is your aircraft?

Cheers,

Mark

I was hopeing this loss may have related to one of the 605 Sqn claims made that night, but the 96 Sqn claim does look the more likely one. I will look up the combat report when I next go to Kew.

Thanks for the help

David
