Info On Adolf Galland B-17 Downing April 21, 1945

I understand that Adolf Galland shot down a B-17 on April 21, 1945 while flying an ME-262 from Munchen-Riem Airfield. Does anyone have the serial number of the B-17 or other specifics on this action? Thanks

Interesting site, Ross. Thanks.

However, I think there is an error. It states that JV 44 was "the world's first operational jet fighter unit". I think this honor belongs to Nowotny's unit in the fall of 1944 even though it only lasted a short time. Then came JG 7 which was formed in Dec/Jan '45 and was flying operations long before JV 44, which was not even formed until Apr '45.

And then we have 616 Sqn which was operational in the Summer 1944!
