Last year i had the privilage to go aboard one of two remaining Arvo Lancasters. The airshow was a dissapointment because "Doc", a B-29 didn't show. And the B-25 i was looking forward to didn't show either. But that Lancaster made everything better. it was completly original asside from the GPS in the cockpit. all eight of its .303 MGs were operational and its Merlin engines were original! it came from the canadian air force. the only thing bad about the Lancaster is that the dorsal turret sits low and i hit my head on one of the .303s. There was also a B-17G, B-24C, and multiple torpedo and dive bombers. a group of to mustangs were also there. those P-51s are very small up close. stupid small.
