I believe this is not a Bf 109 but rather a Hs 123 which has shredded off its upper wing in a crash landing.

I believe you are right Stig. A small part of a Swastika can be seen under the wing on one photo. The other photo seems to have the under wing Swastika obliterated - perhaps by the seller for ebay reasons.
