Hi Can anyone tell me who was the Oberleutnant u. Staffelkapitain of this unit about March/April 1943.

If you mean the Gruppenkommandeur of II groupe (and not Staffel, as you mentioned in your post), it was Hptm Gustav Rödel, from 20-05-1942 till 20-04-1943.
From 20-04-1943 till 13-03-1944 it was Hptm Werner Schroer.
