Hi,

Has anyone information on the pilot or the Bf109 "Black 2" 5/JG27 that was flown by Lt. H.Schlechter when he ramed a B17 over his base in February 1944( ?).

There is a grand profile of the Bf109 that apeared on the web but cannot recall where and wish to view the site and also make contact for abliity to use same profile .

Hi Alex,

He had achieved four victories including two four-engine bombers and survived war in Oblt. rank according to Ring & Girbig´s JG 27.
