Soviet Claims 29 Jun 41
A bit of a long shot but during an attack on Smolensk, 29 Jun 41, a He 111 H-4 of 6/KG 53 was attacked by '3 Ratas' and crash-landed, the crew surviving (albeit only 2 made it back to German lines). Does anyone have any claims for this date?

Dear Chris,
Unfortunately, VVS documents are far from being complete for 1941, due to common mess in retreat. The remnants of regimental records do not indicate any claims in Smolensk area that day.
