This is a heavily cropped photo of the Dessau A/F on May 30, 1944. Is this a JU 290? The photo was taken from about 30,000 feet by a Spitfire MK XI of the 7th PRG/14th Squadron.

With the nice long engine nacelles and what appears to be a twin tail, it certainly could be.
