Alain,
I think this loss on May 17, 1940, may be what you are looking for: 12.(St)/LG1 Junkers Ju87B-1. Shot down by Hurricanes of No. 17 Squadron south-west of Brussels during sortie to attack Ninove. Crashed and burned out,6 km north of Edingen, 5.15 p.m. Possibly that claimed by P/O Manger. Oberlt Hartmann Wendelin (Staffelkapitän) and Fw Alfred Fleisch killed. Aircraft a write-off. I tought it was a Ju-88 but i was wrong it must have been a Ju-87 Alain |
