Re: Kursk, the Air Battle
Christer Bergstrom's site says Spring 2008. Amazon.com moved it from Jan.2008 to May 15, 2008.

Re: Kursk, the Air Battle
do not take amazon release dates for real, they are often wayyy behind the actual release dates of books.
if Midland as publisher says January, I would rather believe them ![]() anyhow, I am looking forward to this book as well as Denes second volume of his work about the air war in Bessarabia cheers phil |

Re: Kursk, the Air Battle
The book arrived from Amazon.UK this week but all I have done is briefly scan it so far. One immediate observation is that there are no profiles in this edition

Re: Kursk, the Air Battle
Hello Del!
no book in the Ian Allan series by Bergström has any profiles in it; nevertheless, they are a great read, although IMHO they are a bit expensive for the info they provide, because BC/RS nearly covers the same topics, and in some cases even feature the same text passages... I am looking forward to receiving my copy though too, as the first two volumes have provided me with a very good read as said already... if you are looking for profiles, BC/RS might be better, and Denes´ books on the air war in Bessarabia do have profiles in them as well, although not as good as the Tullis ones in BC/RS. cheers phil |

Re: Kursk, the Air Battle
Phil,
You are indeed correct about the profiles. I confused the 2 series of books
