Walrus loss, 765 Sqdn FAA, 09/05/1940

Can anyone enlighten me with more details regarding this loss?:

Type: Walrus
Serial number: ?, -?
Operation: Training exercise?
Lost: 09/05/1940
Midshipman (A) Peter L. Atkinson, RN, H.M.S. Daedalus [765 Sqdn], age 19, 09/05/1940, Haslar Royal Navy Cemetery, UK
Crashed in the Solent.
