Bf110 lost on 18 Sept1940?

Hello,
Written on backside: “Feldw. (?)adlman gefallen am 18.9.40 südlich London”. Aparently seems a Bf110 with one 'U' in fuse code but I could find any loss record for this type on that date. Any clue?
Cheers

Re: Bf110 lost on 18 Sept1940?

I think this is your man, actually lost on September 11, 1940:

Stab II./ZG26 Messerschmitt Bf 110C-4 (3625). Sortied as escort for bombers and shot down in combat with fighters over Thanet. Probably that claimed by Flight Lieutenant A. W. A. Bayne and Flying Officer Count M. B. Czernin of No. 17 Squadron. Crashed in the sea 3 miles off Margate 4.24 p.m. (Ff) Oberlt Walter Henken (Gruppenadjutant) missing, (Bf) Fw Josef Radlmair killed. Aircraft 3U+HM lost.
The body of the gunner in this aircraft, Josef Radlmair, was washed ashore at Broadstairs Jetty on October 23. He was buried in Manston Road Cemetery, Margate, where he remains to this day.

Hello,
Thanks to both. Yes, now appears more evident that the backside says 'Radlmair'.
Best regards
Fran
