Does anyone know the exact date of promotion of the following pilots

Alexander L. Anderson to Lt
Richard L. Cormier to LtCdr
William C. Edwards to LtCdr
John W. Fair to Lt and also LtCdr
Louis R. Hamblin to Lt(jg)
Leroy W. J. Keith to LtCdr
