Question Lt Gotfried Daw

Investigating local crashes in the west part of Germany we came across a German police report from March 1945 indicating that an allied Pilot (probably USAAF) Lt. Gotfried Daw came down with his a/c near Umberg/Duelmen on March 2nd 1945. Couldn't find a MACR for this name however 13 P-51's were lost on this date. 2nd TAF doesn't give a loss on this date with name Daw. Does anyone has information about him ?
