On one occassion later in the war a German pilot, defying the myth that Teutons are humourless, flew in low over Capuzzo and dropped a wooden bomb, launching what was, no doubt, his version of a decoy

(This was a reaction on the dummy railway stations the NZs and the Indians had installed)
