Dornier Do-217 - Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum

I bought a photo off ebay of a Dornier Do-217, displaying the code DD+?F under the wings, but I can't seem to find out which unit it belongs to.

Could anybody help identify it for me?

Might be DD+LF Dornier Do 217 E-0, W.Nr.800006. It is´s no unit code, though, but the standard factory code attributed to Dornier

Thanks, it certainly looks like a "factory photo" rathen than an operational one.
