Soviet claims?
This has likely been addressed elsewhere, but the search engine did not help. Neither did Stalin's Falcons or Stalin's Eagles.
The question is when someone writes that "Alexi...." had 17 victories of which 8 were shared, is that 17 number counting them whole as opposed to fractional or is 4 plus 13 individual claims, or just what? Evidentally they did not issue fractional credits, per se, as did the US or RAF. Thanks.
