WAAF KIA?
Some years ago I read in a book on RAF Bomber Command that a few WAAF flew on a operations as passengers. Did any of them get KIA while doing so? Thanks in advance.

Re: WAAF KIA?
I think there was a thread about this a few month ago at RAF Commands, try searching there. There were several WAAFs killed in flying accidents, although they may not have strictly been "operational" flights. Also, at least a couple of flight nurses were killed on operational transport missions between UK and the continent after D-Day.
