Werknummer Arado 196 lost 6/7 August 1940
Dear all
On 6th August (according various publicatons) or 7th August 1940 (according to the KTB 1./BFlSt196) the Arado 196 T3+BH turned over during landing on the sea plane base Schellingwoude near Amsterdam. The Arado was reported as destroyed for 85% Though realising the period of 1940 is a difficult with regard to listed Werknummern, I hope someone can help me with the Werknummer of this Arado Thanks in advance, Hans Nauta
